Service Description

Calling all women and mothers in need of connection and replenishment! This eight-class Hatha yoga series will afford you the solitude, peace, and self-nourishment you crave and deserve. We will create a haven free of disruptions and use the time to recharge and bring our essential selves back into alignment. Each class you will be energized by breath and conscious movement, supported to re-own balance, confidence and inner strength, and ultimately regain a sense of connectivity to yourself and the wider world. All levels welcome!
