Contact me so I can hold your place. Following the pattern of the seasons tells us that Summer is here to party! The flowers burst into bloom, vibrant foods are in season, and friends gather to take advantage of the longer days. All of this can be reflected in our yoga practice, through helping to make ourselves more capacious to hold as much of the joy as possible. From the dark of Winter and the rising of Spring, Summer is the brightest expression that takes us into a backbend practice. Let's capture the laughter and joy that is expressed thro.gh this season by joining together in a rich asana practice.
